Visitation Rights

Visitation rights can be given to a non-custodial parent and sometimes to grandparents or other relatives. The non-custodial parent is granted the right to be with the child on certain days and a schedule is established to effectuate the visits. In the event of a parent living far away, the transportation cost is usually placed on the non-custodial parent thereby ensuring that the child’s life is not disrupted and the schedule is maintained.

If you are in need of establishing visitation rights with a child or desire to modify an existing visitation schedule, count of Attorney J. Shane Givens to promptly and efficiently provide you with competent legal representation to attain your goal.
